WerkstattDenke. is a German name of my own making – translates to something like: Workshop Mindset.
It isn’t a place.
It’s a way of approaching things.
I build things. Because I can.
Because I want to understand how things work – and how I can change, improve, or make them possible in the first place with the tools and resources available to me.
WerkstattDenke. is not a blueprint. This site simply documents my projects, machines, and thoughts as they actually came:
with decisions, detours, the tools at hand, ideas that worked, failed attempts, and open questions.
A finished part usually shows only the final version. I’m always interested in the path that led there as well.
A craftsman leaves.
Tools remain.
Knowledge does, too.

Modifications, fixtures, repairs, and electronic upgrades.
Not as universal instructions, but as documentation of my own solutions.

Machines that are part of my workshop, have been modified, or have become projects in their own right.
